A touch rugby team has scooped two bronze trophies in the largest women's league in Europe.
Pershore Ladies Touch team took home the bronze trophies in both the South West competition and the 18-team championship of the 2024 Midlands Ladies Touch League.
The England Touch Association confirmed this is the largest league of its kind in the continent.

The team narrowly missed a joint second place with Stratford in the Midlands championship by one point after the final tournament on Sunday, October 20 at Five Ways.
Fizz Bewley, chair of Pershore Touch, said: "Over the last year we have had a lot of fun playing 17 other Midlands Ladies Touch League teams twice, and the four matches we played on Sunday - three wins and a draw – cemented what has been a very successful season for us from a points perspective too.
"Congratulations to everyone who has played in the team this season and supported us – especially coach Jamie Wyllie, photographer David Field, and our referees, Calum Andrews and Brian Watson.
"And a special mention to our two new players, whose first time it was on Sunday playing for the team in the MLTL - Goda and Georgia – and Connie, who was our team player of the tournament."
He added: "Anyone can play Touch because it is a limited-contact sport, and we are proud at Pershore to be one of the most, if not the most, inclusive Touch centres in the region.
"We offer opportunities to train and play for women, men, juniors and retired or limited fitness players too, at a social or competitive level, and are part of a pathway from grassroots to regional, national, and international Touch competitions."
The club's touch section, for women and men aged 13 and above, trains on Wednesday evenings from 7.30pm until 9pm and welcomes any new players, whatever level of experience.
