EVESHAM United have six games in which to secure a spot in the Southern League South Division One play-offs and the Easter weekend could go a long way to deciding their fate.
Mike Ford's men host fellow promotion hopefulls Tavistock AFC on Saturday, the team currently occupying the final play-off spot, before a trip to relegation-threatened Cinderford Town on Monday.
One look at the table shows Evesham are three points off Tavistock with a game in hand, so a win on Saturday could see The Robins replace them in fifth, depending on how sixth-placed Bashley get on against Exmouth Town.
Evesham have a game in hand on the rest of the teams around them after their match at Bristol Manor Farm was canceled last weekend, so Ford's men are in a good position as the final stretch of fixtures commences.
The Easter double-header could put Evesham in the driving seat but whilst Tavistock will be a huge challenge in itself, the trip to Cinderford will be no walk in the park, given they are fighting for their lives at the bottom of the table.
But whatever happens now, Evesham boss Ford has certainly turned things around for The Robins, who finished fifth-bottom last season and narrowly avoided going down.
When he took over for the start of the 2022/23 campaign, his ambition was to simply improve on last season's finish and he has certainly done that.
"There are a group of players here that I inherited here and they have all done well," he said back in August.
"There are young players who have come in having been released by pro clubs and we have signed some new players so the expectation is that we have to be better than we were last year.
"For a club of this size, this club cannot be finishing fifth bottom. If by being better, elevates us toward the top of the table then that is just a by-product of what we are doing.
"I want to set the tone, the players need to work hard and play like they care. They need to show pride in their performance."
It is set to be a huge couple of days for the football club, who remain in the hunt for promotion.
