EVESHAM United put aside their poor away form to shock league leaders Sholing 2-0 at The Imperial Homes Stadium in an ill-tempered affair on Tuesday evening.
Daniel Griffiths put The Robins ahead after 17 minutes with a low finish past Ryan Gosney.

Will Owens' exquisite free-kick 19 minutes from time made it 2-0 before tempers flared late on.

Footage after the match showed Sholing's Fatah Makhloufi slapping the back of Charles Wise' head during a melee between both sets of players before he was replaced in the 74th minute and three minutes from the end, Evesham's Alfie Dunn was sent-off.

There were no less than eight cards in the match, with six of those coming in the closing ten minutes of the contest.
But Evesham and manager Mike Ford will not be too disappointed as they picked up a rare away win to keep their play-off challenge on course.
The victory ended a run of five away defeats in a row in the Southern League Division One South and leaves them two points off the play-offs.
