A RECORD number of Pershore Swimming Club members reached Worcester County Championships finals.
There were 98 personal best swims with a string of medals.
Patrick Heeks won the overall county champion trophies in the 200-metre individual medley, 50m and 100m butterfly and shared the 50m freestyle.
Hannah Woodcock bagged county champion trophies in the 100m individual medley, 50m backstroke, 50m butterfly and 50m and 100m freestyle.
Woodcock claimed seven gold medals and two silvers while Heeks collected four golds, five silvers and one bronze.
Toby Marchant got three golds, three silvers and one bronze and Josh Heeks scooped one gold.
There was one silver and one bronze for Chris Vizard, Caitlin Yates and Natalija Kelly alongside one bronze for Kian Baker.
Yates, Patrick, Josh and James Heeks, Millie Thomas, Vizard, Woodcock, Baker and Kelly all qualified for the West Midlands Regional Championships later this year.
Other county qualifiers included George Collett, Emma Taylor, Anya Wood, Sophia Lawson, Bella Woodcock, Alexandra Barry, Leo and Catherine Rendell-Baker, Martha Cross, Tally Brown, Emily Drayton, Pippa Fairchild, George Howard, Olivia O’Sullivan, Tom and Jack Porter, Katie Saunders, Ethan and Toby Stanley, Lottie Styler, Mia Underwood and Amy Weston.
