EVESHAM girls qualified for the English Schools Table Tennis Butterfly National Team Championships' regional finals.
They represented Worcestershire in the zone finals at Wood Green Academy, Wednesbury, and now head to Bristol next month.
Katie Fisher, Phoebe Allcock, Elmarie Laurens and Tia Hawthorn from Blackminster Middle School became the first under 11s girls' team from the county to reach the regionals.
After a 5-3 loss to St Laurence Church Junior School from Birmingham they secured second place by beating Chalfont St Peter Academy from Buckinghamshire 5-3.
The Prince Henry’s High School under 16s girls won on countback of sets 14-13 to be declared zone champions.
Beth Pye, Sophie Arrandale, Abi Ingles, Anna Cole, Emily Grove and Rebecca Arrandale helped defeat Holte School of Birmingham 8-0, Rednock School of Gloucestershire 8-0 and North Leamington School of Warwickshire 8-0.
Their defining match was a 4-4 draw against hosts Wood Green Academy who fielded two juniors in the top 20 nationally.
The under 13s girls from Blackminster Middle finished fourth overall and the under 16s boys from Prince Henry's managed third in the group.
St Nicholas Middle School, Pinvin, were represented in the under 11s and 13s boys, getting third overall and making the semi-finals respectively.
