Will Bailey (4-55) and Tom Attwood (4-49) combined to dismiss Rowington for 161 in 37.3 overs.
After Barry Clements hit 35, Neil Cooper (56 not out) and Simon Cooper (57no) guided Castle to victory on 163-4 in 36.5 overs.
Ashton-under-Hill lost by 97 runs at home to mid-table rivals Winchcombe in a rain-affected game.
Opener Eddie Huggett (75) top scored as Winchcombe amassed 262-9 in 45 overs.
Ashton fell short on 148-7 in an innings dominated by opener Jack Perks' 77no with Dan Clayton taking 4-10 from 10 overs.
Mid-table Premier Division side Bretforton crashed by 146 runs at Norton Lindsey and Wolverton.
The hosts managed 251-7 from 40 overs with Bret bowled out for 105 as Steven Edghill (34) top scored.
Badsey climbed the Division Two table with an 86-run home win over struggling Temple Grafton.
Skipper Michael Powell (107) and fellow opener Dan Andrew (62) starred in Badsey's 235-5 from 45 overs.
Powell then claimed 5-18 from six overs and Sam Thomson 3-34 as Temple Grafton were bowled out for 149.
Broadway beat visitors Stanway by 104 runs in Division Three.
Sam Hopkins (110) and Nick Brown (52) fired Broadway to 261-7 before Callum Millard shone with the ball, taking 4-12 from five overs.
Stanway were bowled out for 157 despite 57 from opener Matt Cull.
Lowly The Lenches crashed by 10 wickets at Long Itchington seconds just above them.
After restricting the visitors to 148-9, Long Itchington won in 24.1 overs with 153-0.
Bidford-on-Avon won the battle of the Division Four top two by 122 runs at home to Great Alne.
Simon Rouse scored 111 in Bidford's 256-8 before taking 3-16 from six overs in Great Alne's 134-6.
Fladbury climbed out of the relegation zone with a five-wicket home win over Claverdon.
Stephen Guy claimed 5-35 from nine overs in Claverdon's 200 all out.
Ryan Dixon (52no) led Fladbury home after 48 from Will Wade and 42 from James Turner in the winning reply of 204-5 in 36.4 overs.
