Danny Janes has said he has to "take action" after Pershore Town's winless run continued following a 4-1 defeat to Hartpury University.
The Plums succumbed to the heavy defeat at home at the Recruit 12 Community Stadium on Monday afternoon (August 26).
Despite a well-worked score from Harlie Price for Pershore, scores from Tomos Shyamapant, Billy Osborn, Jacob Towns and an own goal.

The Plums were fast out of the blocks, but rued their missed opportunities after Hartpury worked the ball along the right, before passing inside to Shyamapant who fired low into the far corner for the lead.
Pershore responded instantly, when Jake Donnelly linked up with Jordan Jones on the left, who delivered to the back post, which James Baldwin headed across the box for Price to finish from close range.
Hartpury managed to sneak ahead before the interval, when Osborn cut inside and struck into the bottom corner.
The game was effectively brought to a close following half-time, when a Pershore clearance of a dangerous ball deflected into the net off Towns.
Despite some promising scoring opportunities afterwards, the bridge was too big for the Plums to bridge, with Ryan Young saving a fizzing ball, only for it to hit a recovering defender and bobble into the empty net.
Following the game Janes said: "It was a difficult day for us, when things are going against you they really go against you."
"I felt we controlled the opening 25 minutes, Hartpury then started to find their rhythm.
"They were by far the better team (after half-time) and the fitness and technical quality really showed."
Finding some silver lining, Janes said: "The players worked tirelessly and showed their resilience in that second half.
"We spoke at the end and they understood that despite their efforts, it is unacceptable to lose 4 - 1.
"We have not won a league game and we are out of two cups."
He concluded: "I have to take action and this is an important week now in terms of assessing the squad.
"We will use this as a chance to reset, results have to improve and they need to improve quickly, I am fully aware of that."
