Duilio Perla has won this year's The Vale Seniors Golf Club Championship by a single stroke.
The two-day competition saw 30 contenders battling it out over 18 holes on July 22 and 29, on The Vale Golf Club's International Course.
Each player's scores from both days were added, creating winners with the best gross and net scores.
The second day of the tournament coincided with the hottest day of the year, intensifying the contest.
This season's inform golfer, Duilio Perla, came first with a gross score of 173, followed by Peter Azizi with 174 and Phil Davis with 175.
Martin Foley outplayed others with a net score of 142 strokes, followed by Phil Davis with 147 and Peter Azizi with 149.
An alternative Stableford competition was also held, with Joe Bryan bagging the first prize with 46 points, Alan Watson in second with 43, and Colin Bartlett securing third place with 40 points.
