Pershore Town lacked the final touches as they were beaten 4-2 by league strugglers Brimscombe & Thrupp.
The sides clashed at The Meadow in a Hellenic League Premier contest that was ultimately decided by the more clinical side.
Despite goals from Dylan Parker and Jake Donnelly for The Plums, they were not enough to overcome the scores of Liam Harper, Jack Freeman, Adam Price and Harlie Price for the hosts.

Brimscombe woke up first around the quarter hour mark, bizarrely scoring directly from a Harper cross played in from the wing.
Shortly after, The Lilywhites doubled their lead when Freeman was allowed to turn in the box before slotting past Ryan Young into The Pears' net.
Pershore clawed one back when Toby Nicoll played through Parker, who managed a well-executed finish.
Donnelly latched on to a flick-on at the front post from a Parker corner to even the scores.
However, Brimscombe then regained their lead when Adam Price found the time in the box to slot one under Young.
Harlie Price put the game beyond Pershore's reach, suavely rounding the keeper for Brimscombe's fourth after a long ball up the field.
The game was rife with chances for the visitors, who ultimately could not keep up with The Lilywhites' clinical strike rate.
The defeat to 15th-place Brimscombe sees Pershore remain in the relative mid-table security of 11th spot, but will rue missing an opportunity to leap frog Worcester Raiders into 10th, who sit three points ahead.
