PAST players of Evesham RFC came together last month to celebrate the 50th anniversary of their famous 1973 North Mids Cup win.
Evesham Rugby Club Former Players Association held a reunion for past players of all eras on November 18, but especially focusing on the sixties and seventies.
A wonderful turnout of over 40 ex-players from all over the country helped to make it a memorable day spent catching up and reminiscing with old teammates.

They watched the current first team beat Earlsdon in a high-scoring 54-34 game.
Evesham were one of very few teams to play at the weekend and a 33-17 win kept them third in the Counties 1 Midlands West (South) table, only four points behind second-placed Ledbury.
