A local club in Evesham has been recognised as 'Golf Club of the Year' in the West-Midlands by digital magazine SME News.
The Vale Golf and Country Club has been awarded the prize by the business-focussed magazine at the recent Midlands Enterprise Awards.
Now running for four consecutive years, the Midlands Enterprise programme is created to acknowledge and award small and medium-sized businesses within the UK
SME News, by way of its digital magazine, website and social media outlets, provides a valuable tool for the running of businesses day to day, seeking the best advice and for growing and succeeding in their endeavours.
The Vale will now feature in the magazine, as well as being provided with access to complimentary celebration packages to help notify people of their success.
The SME's highly coveted extra promotional materials will also become available, to help further share the news.
The news tops off what has been a successful year for the golf club, after they hosted the first ever 'Worcestershire Masters' back in the summer.
They have also been doing positive work for their charities - The Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust and Prostate Cancer UK - raising a sum of around £4500 in 2021.
