The launch of this project will take place on Monday December 13 from 9.00 to 1.00pm at the Council Chamber, County Hall, Worcester. A total of 35,000 people will be required to deliver the census which will take place on March 27 2011. All the roles available provide flexibility around working hours – there is a choice of working 15, 25 or 37 hours a week. The MacMillan Cancer Support Charity is starting a new volunteer-led project called Macmillan In Every Community. They need enthusiastic and motivated people committed to establishing and supporting a group of Macmillan volunteers to provide support to people affected by cancer across Worcestershire.
