HARRY Potter fans are in for a treat with a piece of film memorablia on display in Chipping Campden.
A sidecar used in the film The Deathly Hallows Part One went on display at Court Barn Museum on Tuesday and will be there until March 11.
The Watsonian Squire sidecar – made in nearby Blockley – has become a worldwide best seller and a design classic.
In recent years the sidecar has seen a return to popularity, being featured in the Wallace and Gromit films, Harry Potter and the latest Tintin movie.
Sarah McCormick Healy, curator of Court Barn, said: “This is slightly different to our usual displays, but as the museum celebrates craft and design in the north Cotswolds we thought it was an opportunity not to miss; celebrating something which is built only a few miles from the museum.” Meanwhile, police are still investigating the £200,000 silver theft from the museum in November last year.
Silver items designed and made between 1902 and 1908 by C R Ashbee and Hart Silversmiths were taken overnight between November 14 and 15.
Gloucestershire police spokeswoman Alexa Collicot, said: ”We remain interested in hearing from any potential witnesses.”
