THE Evesham Dogs Trust has launched a desperate appeal for donations of clean bedding and towels to keep dogs warm and dry during over winter.
The Centre cares for about 150 dogs at any one time and supplies of towels and blankets are urgently needed after the arrival the snowy conditions.
Manager Chris Slight said: “The weather conditions have really hit us hard this week. We desperately need more blankets and towels to help us keep the dogs warm and dry after their walks. If you are having a linen cupboard clear out please think of us.”
Anyone with blankets or towels to donate should call the centre on 01386 830613 or drop them off at Dogs Trust Evesham, 89 Pitcher’s Hill, Wickhamford, Evesham, WR11 7RT. The centre is open every day, except Tuesdays, from noon to 4pm.
