A MAN has admitted two cases of fraud by asking people for money, then giving them false details in return. Jonathan Johns, of Greenhill, Evesham, admitted the two charges relating to incidents in April this year. Worcester Magistrates Court was told that the 52-year-old asked Deborah Russell for £20 and Darren Richardson for £10, telling them that his wife had gone to work and he needed the cash for his electricity meter. But he then gave them false details. Both people were suspicious and did not hand over the money. A probation report was ordered and he will appear in court again on Wednesday, December 22.
