YOUNG parents in Pershore have been invited to a Christmas get together at the Blossom Vale Children's Centre on Monday, December 13.

The event takes place between 3.30pm and 4.30pm and is aimed specifically at people under 21 years of age with children aged up to five in the Pershore area, however other young parents who live elsewhere in Wychavon are also very welcome.

The centre will be bursting at the seams with plenty of Christmas spirit, a Christmas raffle and lots of Christmassy activities. It has been billed as the perfect chance to get to know more about what services are on offer at Blossom Vale, with information being shared about the new Young Parents Group and advice and guidance available from a local Connexions advisor.

Kate Jones, the children's centre cluster manager for Wychavon, said: "This is an excellent opportunity for young parents and young parents-to-be in the Pershore area to meet other parents, have fun with Christmas themed activities and find out more about what their local children's centre has to offer them.

“It’s also a chance to let Blossom Vale know what services, activities and information they might like to see in the future at the children's centre."
