A MUSICIAN whose prized accordion was stolen in Evesham has been reunited with his instrument.
Richard Adey collected the Scandalli accordion last Wednesday after it was taken while he was busking in July.
The item was recovered when an eagle-eyed member of the public spotted it for sale on an internet auction website and reported the discovery to police.
Mr Adey returned to the scene of the crime in Bridge Street last week to be photographed with the instrument in the hope the picture would jog the memories of anyone who may have witnessed the theft on July 9. Police inquiries are ongoing.
