THREE men are set to appear before magistrates Friday charged with the burglary of a Broadway shop.
The men from Cheltenham, aged 47, 22 and 21, face charges in connection with the theft of an ATM machine from Nisa in Bibsworth Avenue in the early hours of May 5 last year.
They also face charges of theft of one Land Rover 4x4 used in the burglary and an attempted theft of another from Willersey Road, Badsey, earlier the same day.
Charges of robbing a security guard and theft of a disc cutter from a building site in Burford, Oxfordshire, have also been made.
