KEEN crafters can get a sneak preview of an upcoming course at a Broadway venue next week.
Debbie Siniska is set to appear on Channel 4’s Kirstie’s Homemade Home next Tuesday where she will be demonstrating the traditional techniques of hooky, proggy and proddy.
Debbie will be teaching the art of rag rug making at Farncombe Estate next April.
She said: “Lots of crafts are experiencing a revival because of the downturn. People want to treat themselves and make something worthwhile.
“When it comes to recycled textures the sky really is the limit. You could in theory even make a wedding dress from recycled white plastic bags if you wanted to be eco-friendly and unique”.
