SEASONAL delights from the countryside surrounding an historic home near Broadway will be served up this weekend. Wild Food Weekend at Snowshill Manor celebrates the best food foraged from the National Trust property’s organically-run garden and the local area. Among the dishes to feature on a three-course lunch menu include nettle soup, game casserole, crab apple and quince steamed pudding and cob nut ice cream. Lunch is served from noon to 2.30pm.
