IN days of old when knights were bold . . . and Robin Hood and his Merrie Men were busy donning the tights!
Robin, Maid Marion and the gang are all waiting at the Swan Theatre, Worcester, where medieval Sherwood Forest has been brought to life for Christmas in The Adventures of Robin Hood.
Everyone has a favourite character from the tales of the famous outlaw. Friar Tuck, Little John, Will Scarlet, and of course Maid Marion and Robin himself.
But don't forget the slimy Sheriff of Nottingham and his evil sidekick Sir Guy of Gisbourne - they'll be giving audiences plenty of opportunity to hiss and boo at the Swan too!
Philip Monks has drawn together all of Robin's best known escapades for this family show with the cast, playing anything from double bass to cornet, perform a host of songs to cheer things along.
Jenny Stephens directs and it opens next Wednesday and plays until January 6. Booking details on 01905 27322.
