You are invited to join the Oxford Fieldpaths Society for an easy seven mile walk around Chipping Norton, New Street, at 9.30am. An enjoyable winters walk via the lovely Windrush Valley to the picturesque village of Shilton. Leaving the main car park Burford at 10am. The walk returns to the town for an optional visit to the church to investigate the Leveller's story. Your guides will be David Morgans and Geoff Belcher from the Cotswold Voluntary Wardens.
THURSDAY: Shipston, start 10am for a four mile easy walk. Details: 01789 298061. The Cotswold Voluntary Wardens lead a six mile walk through the countryside around Hook Norton and Ascot. Leaving Great Rollright at 10am, led by Wendy Lines and David Morgans.
