Speedy century
ONE hundred songs in 100 minutes - that's the aim of a forthcoming event at Worcester's Huntingdon Hall.
Dave Sealey, Andrew Frank and George Hinchcliffe will perform the aforesaid number in front of a giant calendar, revealing the year of composition as soon as it has been performed. The rollercoaster musical ride through the century is on February 9. Booking: 01905 611427.
Propped up
PROPS from the RSC have been the inspiration behind an exhibition opening at The Gallery, in Stratford on Monday. Always & Forever has been put together by Mat Golden, Sue Guthrie and Simon Webb and runs until March 18.
Country queens
THE queens of country reign supreme in Birmingham thanks to three tribute artists. Vanessa Barrett, Kathryn Rooney and Daisy Moon take on the guises of Tammy Wynette, Dolly Parton and Patsy Cline to recreate the hits Stand By Your Man, Jolene and Crazy, among many, at the Alexandra Theatre, on Sunday. Quick bard
THE Reduced Shakespeare Company is back in Worcester with a bang - bringing The Complete Works of William Shakespeare with it. The hysteric romp through the Bard's entire output - within the space of a couple of hours - gets another airing at the Swan Theatre from Tuesday until February 10. Tickets on 01905 27322.
