IF bringing back Danny Lennon was a surprise then Paul West has sprung an even bigger one tonight!

The Evesham United boss has named the striker he released last week in the starting line-up against Banbury United at the expense of top scorer Mark Owen.

Lennon will play up front alongside Troy Wood as the Robins bid to extend their unbeaten Southern League record to eight games while also protecting their undefeated start to the season at St George's Lane.

Victory tonight will lift United up to eighth in the table and, apart from Lennon for Owen, the side is unchanged from the one that drew 0-0 at Corby on Saturday.

Michael Hayden, who missed that game through injury, is also absent tonight after booking a week away when the original fixture list was announced.

Stuart Warren, who became the club's youngest ever debutant at the age of 15 18 months ago, is on the bench alongside Owen, Steven Hands, Allando Davis and Robert Ager.
