More than 7,200 gift-filled shoeboxes packed by Evesham volunteers are on their way to Romania for Christmas.
Teams4U's Operation Christmas Child campaign saw volunteers come together over the last month at the Davies Road warehouse, where more than 21,000 shoeboxes have been collected, with one more week left to donate.
The next lorry for Ukraine is being loaded on Saturday (December 7).
Later this month, a small team from Evesham will travel to western Romania to help distribute the shoeboxes.
