GANGS funnelling drugs through Worcestershire will face "the full force of the law" as police crackdown on county lines.
Criminal gangs taking advantage of vulnerable young people by offering them cash, phones and clothes in exchange for running drugs are the focus of a week of action.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "Police forces across the UK are using the full force of the law, including increased use of modern slavery legislation to charge line holders for human trafficking offences as well as drug supply.
"This legislation can help ensure line holders are subject to Court Orders with strict conditions, often for many years after they leave custody."

During a recent crackdown held in March 2024, 1,874 people were arrested and 245 county lines were shut down.
More than 600 weapons were also seized by police during the week-long event including 96 firearms.
The spokesperson added: "The message is clear: if you are a line holder, abusing vulnerable people and causing misery to our communities, we are coming after you."
The county lines crackdown came to an end on Sunday (December 1).
