PARTS of Evesham's riverside have been submerged by flood water as a result of heavy rain.
Constant downpours from Storm Bert over the weekend has caused a sudden surge in river levels across Worcestershire, including the River Avon in Evesham.
A spokesperson for Floodline said: "River levels are rising at Evesham as a result of heavy rainfall.
"We expect flooding to affect properties and roads in the Waterside Road area as well as the road and car park on the meadow."
The river is predicted to peak this afternoon (Monday) between 2.9 metres and 3.2 metres.
The spokesperson added: "We are closely monitoring the situation and our incident response staff are liaising with emergency services and local authorities.
"Please avoid contact with flood water and avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses."
