Three Evesham sisters will sing on this year's Children in Need.
The BBC Children in Need Choir will feature children and young people from all parts of the UK who have been supported by projects funded by the charity.
Among them are Lucy, 9, Chloe, 8, and Alice Hitchcock, 7, from Evesham.
The sisters have each faced heart-related health issues.
Chloe was diagnosed with a hole in her heart and has been receiving hospital care since birth.
Alice has undergone five heart surgeries, has a pacemaker, and is tube-fed.
It was only after Alice's diagnosis that doctors discovered Lucy's heart condition.
The girls have spent a significant part of their childhood in and out of hospitals for treatments, check-ups, and visits.
The sisters regularly go to Heart Heroes in Gloucester to have fun, play and build their confidence, which is thanks to funding from BBC Children in Need.
The I CAN project allows them to participate in performing arts, drumming, and creative activities, helping them to realise their potential beyond the confines of the hospital.
Their mother, Zoe, said: "Heart Heroes is an excellent bridge between hospital and home and helps to support the girls’ social and emotional health.
"They all benefit from having friends with similar conditions and experiences to them.
"They feel seen, included and understood."
Ahead of their performance, Chloe said: "I’m really looking forward to the opportunity to sing on stage, it's going to feel really special."
The choir is led by renowned vocal coach and music arranger, Mark De Lisser, who said: "Taking part in this project has been such an incredible experience.
"I’ve had such a brilliant time working with the children in rehearsals and getting to know their stories.
"They’re an inspirational group of individuals and I can’t wait to show viewers the magic we’ve been creating."
The choir, one of the programme’s most popular features, will be supported by children from the Halle Youth Training Choir, with the backing track recorded by the BBC National Orchestra of Wales.
The sisters will perform live on BBC One and iPlayer from 7pm on Friday, November 15.
