MYSTERY surrounds an abandoned car that was on fire.
Fire crews and police officers attended a car fire on Three Springs Road in Pershore.
But the driver or owner was nowhere to be seen.
A Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said: "A crew from Worcester Fire Station was called at 6.51pm on October 19 to a small vehicle on fire in Three Springs Road, Pershore.
"The fire had been extinguished before the arrival of the fire service and was dampened down using a hosereel jet.
"The vehicle was believed to have been abandoned and details were given to the police.
"The incident was marked as pending closure at 7.31pm."
