TWO women were taken to hospital following a crash on a busy high street.
West Midlands Ambulance Service (WMAS) said two vehicles were involved in a crash on the High Street in Evesham which resulted in two women being taken to Alexandra Hospital in Redditch.
A spokesperson for WMAS said: "We were called at 10.50am on Saturday, October 12 to a road traffic collision involving two cars on High Street, Evesham.
"Two ambulances attended the scene.
"Upon arrival we found two women who were the driver of the first car and a passenger in the second.
"Both were assessed and had sustained injuries not believed to be serious.

"They received treatment at the scene before being conveyed to Alexandra Hospital for further assessment.”
Alongside WMAS, the police and fire service were at the scene which caused a build-up of traffic along the High Street.
West Mercia Police confirmed no arrests were made.
