An award-winning actor is set to perform his one-man show about a legendary poet and playwright in Evesham.

Jonathan Goodwin's 'Wilde About Oscar', which he scripted and adapted himself, will be performed at The Henrician on Friday, November 29.

Goodwin, who is credited with offering "good old-fashioned theatrical entertainment", will present an original take on the Victorian and Edwardian literature of Wilde.

Goodwin last visited Evesham for his performance of A Christmas Carol last festive season, which proved popular with the audience.

The show will run from 7.30pm.

Tickets, which are priced at £13, can be bought from henrician.org.
