A MAN was arrested at an Evesham event.
Police attended the opening of the annual Evesham Mop Fair yesterday (October 3) and managed to locate a wanted male.
The man was arrested at the event after police noticed he was wanted for failing to attend court for several offences.
A spokesperson for Evesham SNT said: "The Town Centre Team were out last night (Thursday, October 3) for the opening night of the Evesham Mop.
"There was a great turn out by the community, and I am sure that will be the case today and tomorrow.
"The team also located and arrested a male for Failing to Attend Court for a number of matters."
