A SUPERMARKET has closed in a town for over a month for upgrades.
Tesco Express in Pershore has closed for more than a month for a complete refit and the closure will also affect the Post Office and the Cash Point.
The Store closed on Saturday (September 28) and is scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 11.
A Tesco spokesperson said: “Our Pershore Express is temporarily closed whilst the store is refurbished.
"The store is having a refit to improve the shopping experience for customers which will include a full re-decoration, upgrades to fridge spaces and improved shelfing.
"We apologise for the inconvenience and look forward to welcoming customers back to the refreshed store when it re-opens in November.”
Tesco Express is located on Pershore's High Street and has a cash point and post office services.
Pershore Town Council said: "Reminder - Tesco Express is closed from September 28 until Monday, November 11 for a complete store refit, this includes the Post Office and the Cash Point.
"There is a cash point at Asda, and there is also the temporary Banking Hub inside the library, open 10-4 Monday-Friday where you can undertake all of your basic banking needs, including withdrawing cash.
"Stamps can be purchased from Asda.
"We will update this post if any further information becomes available."
The nearest Post Offices from Pershore are located in Drakes Broughton and Peopleton.
