From a family folk opera to a tribute honouring one of the UK's most beloved bands, there is lots coming up at a series of venues in the area.
The Fleetwood Mac Legacy - Go Your Own Way
Fans of Fleetwood Mac are in for a treat on Sunday, October 20, as The Regal hosts "The Fleetwood Mac Legacy - Go Your Own Way."
The show, which starts at 7pm, features music from the legendary Grammy Award-winning band.
An ensemble of musicians will perform hits like Dreams, Don’t Stop, Go Your Own Way, Everywhere, The Chain and Rhiannon, paying tribute to the Rumours line-up of Stevie Nicks, Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Christine McVie, and Lindsey Buckingham.
An Evening of Burlesque
On Friday, December 6, at 7pm, the theatre will host 'An Evening of Burlesque'.
Tickets include a glass of fizz on arrival, and the venue will be set up with cabaret candlelit tables.
The show, direct from London’s West End, offers a mix of cabaret, comedy, music, circus, and burlesque.
It features entertainers and stars of the stage and screen, promising fun and fabulous costumes.
The show is advised for over 18s.
Wolf Witch Giant Fairy
For those looking for family-friendly entertainment, 'Wolf Witch Giant Fairy' will be shown on the big screen on Saturday, October 26, at 2pm at Number 8 in Pershore.
The family folk opera, which had a successful run in 2021, follows Red Riding Hood as she meets a cunning wolf and a colourful cast of characters, including a scary witch and a talking cat.
The opera was recorded at the Royal Ballet & Opera, Covent Garden.
