AN 89-year-old woman has been given a driving ban and fine for seriously injuring three people in a car crash.
Rosemary Cadbury, of St Peter's Lane, Besford, near Worcester, pleaded guilty to three counts of causing serious injury by careless/inconsiderate driving, Cheltenham Magistrates Court heard.
Three people were injured in a crash involving a Volkswagen Golf in the Gloucestershire village of Ampney Crucis on Wednesday, December 20.
Cadbury was given an obligatory disqualification until an extended test is passed. The disqualification period is for 12 months.
She was also fined £1,442, ordered to pay court costs of £135 and a surcharge of £1,730.
