THE CITY looked up to the skies in amazement to see the the iconic Red Arrows fly over Worcester for potentially the final time this year- and Worcester News readers have sent in their pictures.

The legendary team soared over the south of the city at around 5pm today (Friday, August 9) on their way to The Blackpool Air Show.

Worcester News readers went into their gardens and out onto the streets, fields and various viewpoints to catch a glimpse of the Red Arrows in the blink and you'll miss it occasion.

The Red Arrows are scheduled to finish flying over the UK in October, however, the vast majority of the events they will be attending in the coming weeks are international.

This means it is unlikely Worcestershire will see them again this year.
