A GARAGE and car in Evesham have been damaged after a fire broke out.
Three fire crews tackled the fire in Briar Close Business Park in Evesham last night.
A spokesperson for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said two crews from Evesham and one from Whitchurch Fire Stations attended the fire at 6.32pm on Thursday.
He added: "The fire involved a garage, around 5m by 5m, containing a car, which was extinguished by two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus and using a hosereel jet.
"A reinspection took place at 11pm when a full check of the garage was completed with no hotspots found. There were no casualties. Police also attended. The incident was marked as pending closure at 11.19pm."
