GP SURGERIES in and around Evesham have been ranked by the people who use their services.
The GP Patient Survey for 2024 has revealed the worst and best GP practices based on what residents had to say.
Over two million people from across the UK answered the independent survey which was run by Ipsos on behalf of NHS England.
The survey ranked practices on their patient's level of satisfaction with the overall experience.
New Barn Close Surgery in Broadway came out on top with a 93% overall experience rating.
Almost everyone, 99% of respondents, said that they had trust and confidence in the healthcare professional they saw at New Barn Close Surgery.
The lowest-ranked surgery in and around Evesham was Pershore Medical Practice with 76%, but the surgery still ranked above the national average of 74%.

The best to worst ranked GP's in and around Evesham:
1. New Barn Close Surgery: 93%
2. Abbottswood Medical Centre: 91%
3. Merstow Green Medical Practice: 86%
4. Riverside Surgery: 84%
5. Demontford Medical Centre: 82%
6. Abbey Medical Practice: 80%
7. Pershore Medical Practice: 76%
The latest survey comprised around 2.56 million questionnaires sent to patients aged 16 or over registered with GP practices in England from January 2 to March 25, 2024.
Nearly 700,000 patients completed and returned a questionnaire, resulting in a national response rate of 27.3%.
