A GROUP of travellers have been removed from a park in Evesham.
The travellers who had set up an encampment on Charity Brook Park on July 9 have been 'moved on' by Wychavon District Council this morning (July 12).
A spokesperson for Wychavon District Council, said yesterday (July 11): "We have secured and served the eviction notice, the illegal encampment will be moved on early tomorrow morning and a clean-up team will go in shortly afterwards."
The spokesperson has now confirmed that the group has been removed.
