A CRASH involving a motorbike resulted in a fuel spill on a major road. 

The incident involved a crash on the A46 near Evesham on Saturday.

A spokesperson for the Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said a crew from Evesham Fire Station was called at 1.03pm to a fuel spill following a road traffic collision involving a motorcycle on the A46 in Evesham.

He added: "The vehicle was made safe and the incident left with police who also attended along with the ambulance into whose care a male casualty had already been handed before the arrival of the fire service. The incident was marked as pending closure at 1.21pm."
