AN arrest for sexual assault has taken place following a busy night for police in Evesham.
Arrests were also made of two suspected drink drivers while a third driver with no insurance and no licence had their car seized.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "Evesham Patrol Team C had a busy night last night.
"Two people were arrested for driving whilst over the drink driving limit. They also had an arrest for suspicion of sexual assault.
"Whilst on proactive patrols, the team stopped a vehicle where the driver had no insurance and no licence, the car was seized and the driver reported for offences. Three dangerous drivers off the road!"
To report anything suspicious to police call 999 in an emergency or online via the report option on the West Mercia Police website. Information can also be passed on anonymously via Crimestoppers.
