A CAR was seized after a disqualified driver had a three-year-old child unrestrained in the back seat.
Officers had stopped a red car in Evesham after discovering the car had no insurance, the driver was banned and they had a child unrestrained in the back seat.
A spokesperson for Evesham SNT said: "PC 21356 Oliver and PC 22715 Tilija from Evesham E Shift Patrol stopped a car and discovered a disqualified driver, a 3-year-old child unrestrained in the back, and no insurance!
"The car was seized.
"The driver will be dealt with for all identified offences."
