Mr and Mrs Nelson-Brown have a passion for railways and have taken on a 20-year lease.
The attraction welcomes over 45,000 visitors annually, and plays a key role in improving Evesham's economy, encouraging the growth of surrounding businesses, and helping to create jobs in the area.
Mr Nelson-Brown said: "We are thrilled to be a part of The Valley family and to take the helm of The Valley Railway Adventure.
"We see tremendous potential and we are committed to creating a great experience for our visitors.
"With our experience in the field and the success of Perrygrove Railway, we are confident that The Valley Railway Adventure will become a must-visit destination for locals and tourists alike."
