Wychavon District Council is encouraging residents to switch to e-billing for council tax.
Over 19,000 households in the area are already enrolled, with many more targeted through text or email, but tens of thousands are still receiving paper copies.
This move aims to speed up communication delivery and reduce carbon footprints.
Deputy Council Leader, Cllr Aaron Powell said: "People receive paperless bills for so many services these days that it makes sense for us to send you your Council Tax bill electronically as well."
