The Signal House at Evesham Railway Station is among 134 lots in the latest auction being held by Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.
It is offered with a freehold guide price of £220,000-plus at the firm’s auction, which ends on Wednesday, November 1.
The premises is the former Midland Railway Station. Today it is no longer a station but its railway connections are remembered in its current name of The Signal House.
Accommodation includes an entrance/reception area, separate office, three walk-through open office areas, kitchen and ladies and gents toilet. There are five parking spaces.
