AN Evesham man has been sent to prison for 10 years for rape.
Jetmir Topuzi of Littleworth Street was jailed at Worcester Crown Court on September 15.
The 25-year-old will also be subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and put on the Sexual Harm Register.
Topuzi had pleaded not guilty to the incident that happened on July 13, 2021.
DS Andy Todd – “Although this positive result can never take away the harm that has been done, I hope this conviction provides some resolution to the pain that has been inflicted.
"I would like to thank the victim and others for their support, allowing us to put this dangerous individual in prison”.
