A CHURCH is set to host its first-ever festival to celebrate Cotswold creatives.
Chipping Campden Baptist Church will welcome visitors to its first-ever Creative Arts Festival this month.
Talented church members are preparing to participate in a festival that will showcase their creativity.
The festival will feature paintings, photographs, digital art, knitting, crochet, willow weaving, toy making and jewellery.
It will also feature musical talents.
Maralyn Harvey, one of the festival organisers, said: "There are so many creative people in our congregation that we wanted to do something to showcase their talents, and the idea of a Creative Arts Festival was born.
"We're really looking forward to staging the festival in our lovely church building, and we're excited to welcome many visitors from near and far into the building over the weekend."
The Creative Arts Festival will occur at the church building on Saturday, September 30, from 10am to 4.30pm and Sunday, October 1, from 2pm until 4.30pm.
Admission to the festival is free, with donations invited to Cancer Research.
Refreshments will be available.
