THE food hygiene rating for a 400-year-old pub has been revealed.
The Food Standards Agency has handed the Kings Arms in Cleeve Prior a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
The inspection took place on July 28.
It means that of Wychavon's 93 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 54 have five ratings, and none have zero ratings.
In January this year, the pub revealed it was going up for sale due to the cost of living crisis.
Donna Millimono, former pub co-owner, said post-pandemic pressures had also led to the decision.
