A 43-year-old man has been arrested for inflicting grievous bodily harm on his partner in an alleged domestic attack.
The suspect was arrested yesterday (Tuesday) for section 20 grievous bodily harm (without intent).
A man, 43, was arrested in Evesham for GBH for the alleged attack on his partner and has since been bailed as part of an ongoing investigation.
The woman was said to have suffered 'significant injuries'.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "He has since been interviewed and bailed pending further enquiries."
The suspect was arrested by members of the Neighbourhood Crime Fighting Team.
