AN elderly man was rushed to hospital, and another was injured after a car crashed into a wall in Pershore.
The elderly man driving the car and his passenger were injured after he crashed into a workshop at the business park off Station Road.
No one was trapped in the car.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called to reports of a traffic collision on Station Road in Pershore, Worcester, at 12.45pm.
"An ambulance and paramedic officer were sent to the scene where, on arrival, crews discovered a car had crashed into a wall.
"The driver, an elderly man, was treated for injuries not believed to be serious and taken to Worcester Royal Hospital for further treatment.
"The passenger, a man, was assessed by medics but was not injured and was discharged at the scene."
There was minor structural damage to the building, and the crews made the vehicle safe.
Fire crews left the scene shortly after 2pm today (Friday).
A Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “HWFR was called out to a road traffic collision into a building in Pershore at 12.53pm today.
“Crews from Evesham and Worcester Fire Stations attended the scene at a business park off Station Road where a car had hit a workshop.
“No one was trapped, and two people were left in the care of the ambulance service (log number 1947).
“There was minor structural damage to the building, and the crews made the vehicle safe.
“The final HWFRS crew left the incident at 2.09pm.”
